Bright & Spacious Double Room in a Victorian House

Hi there

We have a bright and spacious double room available in a newly refurbished Victorian house. The room is newly decorated and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk and chair.

The house has 5 bedrooms in total and with a modern kitchen and three new bathrooms. The shared living room is undergoing refurbishment and will be online in a few weeks.

The house is 7 minutes’ walk from Balham station (Northern line) and Wandsworth Common station (National Rail) and is close to the high street, common and Bellvue Road, .

This is a mixed household with a group of professionals in our mid 30 to mid 40s. We are a friendly and social bunch who like to keep the place clean and quiet. We are ideally looking for similar professionals with a settled outlook, respectful of others and like to take care of their surroundings. This is a LGBT friendly place.

You will have to pay a 4 week deposit and a weeks rent in advance and on-going. Bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax., cleaner) are extra.
