Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. My Gay Flatmate and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither My Gay Flatmate, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in the United Kingdom.

Billing and Cancelation

The subscription fee for the My Gay Flatmate service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the “Subscription” page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. Visit our website and, from the menu, click on the link “Manage subscriptions” to view your next payment date. When you place an order through our website, you will be directed to a third-party payment processor.

We are not responsible for any transactions between users or any other issues related to those transactions.

Payment Methods

In orther to use the My Gay Flatmate service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

Updating your Payment Methods

You may update your payment methods by visiting the “Account” page.We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Once updated, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will only be applied on your next billing cycle.

Cancelation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content. To unsubscribe, go to the “Manage Subscription” page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically switch to free at the end of your current billing period and you will lose access to the subscription features. To see when your account will close, click “View” on the “Manage Subscription” page.

Changes

My Gay Flatmate reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
