Beautiful en suite room with GYM and ensuite shared bathroom in a great 1900s house share in Camden

I am delighted to offer a luxury room in a last century semi-detached house located in a very quiet and residential area of Camden. 5 min away from Camden Rd overground, Camden Town underground, Camden High St and Regent’s Park, the ideal place for professionals, UAL/UCL students or anybody that works in Central London.

The room is offered with essential furniture and features a very small balcony you can stand up in. The en suite bathroom of the room is shared, so you have direct access to it from your room while the other house mates can access the toilet from another door. You have exclusive use of the bathroom while you need it but you're requested to leave it available to the others when you are not using it, this way enjoying the advantage of the en suite without being charged for it. There's another communal bathroom in the house. Having lived here I can tell that this arrangement must be seen to fully understand how good it is.

Our main goal here is to provide to creative young professionals a quiet place to relax, rest and chill.

Just, we're all kinky here. Some of us are sex workers. Some others are in a D/s or Master/slave dynamic.

We're all polyamorous, some non-binary, some pansexual.

There is a service and laundry room with brand new washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and freezer, and in the kitchen fridge, oven, microwave and induction cooker are provided, all brand new, and insurance covered in case of malfunction.
