Amazing Double Room in the heart of Clapton

I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in this amazing listed building in the heart of Clapton. The room is a good sized double and we have a massive living room with all the technological needs you can want.
The kitchen is fully kitted, as is the bathroom. There's also a carpark in the building if you have a car and we also have a bike shed! There's quite a few flights of stairs so sadly it is not wheelchair accessible.
I'm a 27 year old store manager of a vintage clothing store, really looking for someone who's got good chat and up for a good time! You can usually find me watching The Real Housewives and eating.
£850.00+ bills which come to £120.00.
Deposit is £850 and a reference fee of £49.00 which will be taken off your first months rent.
The current tenancy is due to run out at the end of February but there is option to extend it for an extra 12 months after.
