The room is fully furnished with a couple of night lamps, a bedside table, a small table, a mirror, a pair of pillows and a duvet.

Bills are not included: Gass, Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi, Council Tax.

The flat is in a great and quiet location approximately 5 minutes walk to Old street underground station (northern line).

There is a bus stop literally right at our door steps (271, 141, 76 and 21)

- The supermarkets Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-Op together with other small local shops are approximately 4 to 7 mins walk distance.

- In Angle shopping centre is the nearest VUE cinema which is about 20 minutes walk or 2-3 mins journey on the tube.

- Those who like to go for an evening out: Shoredich area is, again, very close by and buzzing with various restaurants, bars and night clubs to visit.

About us:
two open-minded professional males working in civil engineering and book keeping. We are friendly and very easy to get on with. Socialising in our spare time is important as much as respecting each others personal space.
