Two rooms available, (1) One lovely, small, inexpensive, lodging room and (2) One larger double room lodging room with a small balcony. (longterm). Both have double beds.It's in a lovely friendly, respectful home in the lovely central area of Bermondsey, 5 minutes walk to Bermondsey tube, 15 mins to Tower Bridge walking.

THE ROOMS
Both single occupancy only...(1) Small room £650 pm, but designed in an ergonomic way, giving massive storage space of rooms at least 2x the normal size. Has a double size mirror wardrobe, foldaway desk, chair, huge underbed storage, for 16 large storage boxes. Plus loads of shelving and a smart TV. (2) Larger double £850 pcm, underbed storage, wardrobe, loads of cupboards, small balcony with table and chair and Smart TV.

All bills, Super fast Wi Fi, cleaning products, Toilet paper included. Nothing extra to pay.

Friendly, supportive mixed gay and straight household, we're very open and happy together. Its not a hostel feel here, more like a home environment. We're a mix of nationalities; Polish, English, Irish, Ukrainian and a mix of jobs and schedules.

Importantly it's a NO DRUGS HOME and safe space.

THE AREA
There are loads of amenities nearby within minutes. Such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland, Hardware shops, Puregym , 24hr corner shops, local pubs, fast food, kebab, chicken and fish and chips and several lovely parks, Bermondsey Beach, etc.

CONNECTIVITY
5 Mins walk to Bermondsey tube, 15 mins walk to Tower Bridge.West End, The City, Tower and London Bridge, Peckham, Greenwich, Elephant and Castle, Southbank, Waterloo and indeed all areas of London available 24hrs a day via Jubillee Line and many bus routes.

IDEALLY
The rooms would be suitable for someone maybe such as those in the Pub/hospitality industry on shift work.

RENTERS RIGHTS ACT 2026
This is a lodging/Licence occupation not a Tennancy.There is a live in Landlord, as such a Tennancy can not be legally created. The new "Renters rights act 2026" does not apply to lodgers. The contract offered is a "License to occupy ", a Lodger contract. Though I've never needed the law to teach me how to be a good lanlord and flatmate !
