Double room in Spacious Flat

I have a room available on the 2nd floor in a Stratford apartment complex. I currently live with my two flatmates Ross and Nikola, but as Ross is moving to Ireland at the end of the year we’re looking for someone to fill the gap.

The apartment is pretty spacious and conveniently situated between everything, about 7 min walk from the station, westfield shopping centre, east village, restaurants etc

The apartment complex also comes with some nice extras: a private courtyard, a gym, parking spaces and allocated bike racks

Bills(council tax, electric bill, water, heating, wifi) come around to about £120 monthly
