Looking for third flatmate in Dalston/stoke newington

Hey 👋🏼 we have provisionally found somewhere and are looking for someone to join us! We need to move relatively quickly so reach out to arrange a meet to get to know each other.

We’re Tom (32, he/him) and Jas (34, they/them) - we’re looking for a third to buddy up.

The flat is a three bed, 1.5 bath near Dalston/stoke Newington. £980/m excl bills. It's really cute and spread over two levels from the first floor.

Both into gym and swim, theatre, stand up comedy (watching, not performing) and love the occasional night out (QHP, strapped, superstore etc).

We're young-ish professionals and would love to find someone who wants to make the house a home, would love some communal cooking together/video games if you’re so inclined.
