Clacton-on-Sea Single room to rent

I am a   retired gay man age 66  and have a lovely single room available immediately in my large detached bungalow near  Clacton-on-Sea.You will largely have the run of the place at all times.2 minutes from the buses to town centre, 15 minutes to Rail station handy for trains to Colchester and beyond.

I am looking for another older  gay  male( no couples sorry) aged between 50-65  to share the property.References may be sought from a  previous landlord.

I am looking for  someone who  will treat the place with respect and to share all facilities and is sociable and caring as I  might look to you for some support at times .If you enjoy gardens, you will love this place! The property is 1970s,  and well-preserved in very good order and I want someone  who is gentle, sensitive , empathetic and  with the ability to help me to recover from the loss of my late partner , and a shoulder to lean on should it be necessary. This is the first time I have sought a tenant and I quite cautious as to who takes it on.

Plenty of on-site parking space at the front, quiet discreet culdesac, no noisy neighbours.

I have a well-equipped kitchen and do all my own cooking to a good standard( semi-vegetarian!) and might be able to provide meals at extra cost if its workable.

The single bedroom is very clean and furnished to a very high standard. I enjoy conversation and would hope that you will socialise and not spend your life on an iphone  as I dont think its healthy for the mind.

The room will not now be available immediately as I am currently handling a family bereavment. But please contact me for a viewing in advance as I am around weekends mainly .
