Double Room in modern, cosy apartment

Double room with large private bathroom in three bedroom flat (I am the only other flatmate / landlord).

I am looking for a professional LGBTQ+ only lodger who would like to find a friendly and peaceful place to call home.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Comes with a double bed, TV and plenty of storage.

The flat is large and modern so plenty of space for just two people.

The flat is right next to Catford / Catford Bridge Station (2 minute walk) with excellent links to the city and the west end (15 mins max.) Right opposite is Ladywell Fields which is a huge 55 acre beautiful recreational park.

All local amenities (Sainsbury's etc) are just minutes away.

Ideally looking for someone 30+ years old.

All bills included. Cleaner also included)

Flat has excellent Wifi, Sky TV etc..

Looking for a professional, clean and laid back person to share my home with.
