You will be sharing the flat with two gay male housemates.

Both in their mid thirties, pretty relaxed, not big partiers, both pretty big in movies and gaming fans and often found watching movies together in the living room.

Ideally looking for someone who has similar vibe to fit into the flat.

Flat includes shared living room space, kitchen, garden and bathroom. Please note that the room comes unfurnished, but some items could be bought from a previous housemate for a reduced price £100 with wiggle to more than that.

Rent does not include the bills so please be aware of the additional cost for gas, electricity, water and council tax on top of the rent amount of £800  (usually comes to a maximum of £150 a month).
