Single room in Southville flat

I am a very laid-back single gay guy, looking to rent out my spare room. The flat is well situated, just a short stroll into the City Centre, and there are good local transport links. Would suit a student and/or anyone working in the centre of Bristol. (btw I'm pretty easy going, but if you're a supporter of Donald Trump then we probably won't get along!)
