We, a professional couple of… distinct personalities (and one utterly adorable, slightly senior, canine companion), are offering a delightful double room for rent, ready to welcome a discerning lodger from the second week of April.

Imagine: a spacious, furnished double room in a beautifully appointed first floor flat, nestled on a private road surrounded by greenery. Think less "tube sardine," more "countryside chic." While we enjoy our own private sitting room for indulging in the finer things (like debating the merits of Earl Grey versus Assam), you’ll enjoy a haven of tranquility.

* Hither Green Station: Fancy a change of scenery? A brisk 20-minute walk will get you there.

* Blackheath Station: Feeling particularly energetic? A scenic 30-minute walk through the heath will lead you to Blackheath, where you can pretend you’re in a period drama.
