Looking for a friendly & creative flatmate

A bit about the room and the flat:
Your room is 15 ft x 11 ft, comes with a fitted wardrobe, recently renovated en-suite bathroom, and Juliette balcony. I've been living here for 4 years and the landlady is lovely, and she regularly invests back into the flat - she fitted a brand new kitchen last year, repainted the bathroom and hallway the year before, and renovated the en-suite the year before that. The flat block is really secure with two intercoms to get into the building, and it has a private garden in the center of the block and a park behind it which is locked at night. 15 mins walk to Archway and Holloway Road tube stations, a bus stop right across the street, and a Pure Gym and Sainsburys within a 1 minute walk. Loads of shops and cafes nearby.

A bit about me:
Hi! My name is Erin, and I live here with my two friendly cats Evie and Pumpkin. I'm 33, pronouns she/they, and I work from home, full time, for a video game company. I'm a non-smoker, I rarely drink, and overall I'm quite a tidy person. My hobbies are making cosplay, drawing and writing. I'm looking for a roommate who shares similar interests and would enjoy hanging out occasionally after work, but also values their personal time.
