Northcote Road SW11

Light, bright and airy flat on Northcote Road for a Monday to Friday let, far enough up from Clapham Junction that it's quiet in the evening, but close enough that the walk to the station isn't a shlep.

Everything you'd generally want or need is on Northcote Road, it's a charming and family orientated neighbourhood, with about 5,000 Pizzeria's and coffee shops to choose from.

The room is the biggest of the two and has a king size ottoman storage bed with a decent mattress and topper, brand new furniture (Bobbin bed side tables & chest of drawers, and a wardrobe). The photos of the flat are from the recent sales brochure, I will upload photo's of the room as it is now ASAP.

I'm a 36 year old gay male who works in the property industry, I have a 2 year old and extremely friendly Labrador who generally goes to work with me. My partner lives out of London, so I can sometimes be there one or two nights a week, or he might be here but that is typically at weekends.

All bills are included with a cleaner once a week. I am amenable to someone WFH 1-2 days a week... especially if they like having a dog around!
