I have a double room available in the heart of Stoke Newington and Dalston. The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with shared living and larger than average bathroom.

The flat is part of a purpose built building conveniently located between multiple stations and just ten minutes walk to Rectory Road Station & Dalston Kingsland Station. The location couldn't be better: Close to the charming cafes, pubs, and boutiques of Church Street, and the lively night scene on Kingsland Road. Clissold Park, London Fields and Hackney Downs are also within walking distance.

About me:

A 30something professional working in the fashion industry. I usually work two days at home and 3 days a week in the office.

I lead a pretty active lifestyle with a busy calendar so like to keep a relaxed peaceful household. I love weekday cooking, a glass of wine, socialising and engrossing myself in whatever my Mubi subscription delivers. I’m a regular gym goer (clissold leisure centre is only ten minutes away)
Weekends are usually spent gallery hopping or at the theatre (the Almeida being my favourite) and socialising outside of the house.

Looking for someone relaxed, fun and active, with an independent streak, who likes to use their home as a base for decompressing.

Someone who is also happy to have a chill evening cooking or drinking together is also welcome.

Rent: is £890 a month with £730deposit. Bills come to roughly £140 a month (Council Tax, Gas, Electric & Water, Broadband). The flat is available to move in from July 1st
