Double bedroom, big flat, friendly housemates

Our housemate is moving away from London so we are looking for an easy going, friendly flatmate to move in from the beginning of August.

The room is a double bedroom furnished with a desk and storage.

The house has a large shared living room & dining table and a big kitchen with a big fridge-freezer, range master cooker, and all the crockery & utensils provided (obviously welcome to bring your own if you prefer). We also have a lovely terrace for summer aperols & G&Ts!

We're a gay Irish guy working in the NHS, and a straight English woman, working for a hotel consultancy company. We're friendly, relaxed and spend a lot of evenings hanging out having dinner, drinking tea, watching Netflix, and/or drinking wine. We keep the place pretty clean and tidy.

The room is £970 a month including bills and council tax.

- There are multiple bus stops on our doorstep heading towards Peckham Rye or London Bridge
- Within 30 mins walk or 15 min bus of London Bridge, Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle and Peckham Rye stations

Amenities
- 5 mins walk to large supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Lidl)
- Parks very nearby for running, walking or picnics
- 20 minute walk to Bermondsey Street, Tower Bridge, and Peckham so lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby
