Clean and comfortable room for rent In a 2bedrooms flat. 2nd floor, lift, interior yard, big window. The room comes with Dyson fan, air purifier,  smart TV, human scale, new bed sheets, double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows. In the kitchen you can find anything you need, nesspreso machine, air frier, microwave etc. The restroom it s divided in shower room and toilet room. The living room it s not accessible as the 2nd room it s very small and needed to keep it for myself.

About the tenant: clean person, payment on time, respect the shared areas, etc.

Yes he can receive guest, he can smoke, he can listen music, etc. All these are normal activities as long no one it s disturbed.
