My names Adam and I am renting my spare room out. My place is a 2 bed, 2 bath modern ground floor apartment with private courtyard shared with only the other downstairs apartment.

The apartment is super clean, spacious and bright. Based within a 8 minute walk of Upper Warlingham Station and a 3 min walk to Whytleafe station. Both stations go into 3 main stations ( London Bridge, Victoria & Kings Cross ).

The room is a really decent double bed size with a large wardrobe in. No other furniture is In the room and will need to be provided by the tenant. You have shared use of all the main space, courtyard and main bathroom.

A Tesco, mini M&S & mini Waitrose are in short walking distance.

I am look ming for a professional, trusting, considerate, very clean and sociable housemate who is comfortable with having a gay housemate and being around animals. The apartment comes with 2 friendly house cats.

There is a car parking space for the apartment however I rent this out as extra earning potential. If it’s needed we can negotiate something.

I am also looking for someone who can communicate really clearly and directly.
