Double room in Wood Green 3 month short-term let

Hi everyone,

I am planning on subletting my room for around two months from April to June in a four bed houseshare which is around a 15 minute walk from Wood Green tube station. This is ideal for anyone commuting into central as we have the Piccadilly line nearby. The house has a living room, two bathrooms, a garden, and parking space which requires a permit. The room itself comes with plenty of storage space, and a desk. The rent is 630 a month not including bills which come to around 120 a month

You would be sharing with three other professionals, who are all gay men so its important we find someone who is LGBT friendly. We all get along really well and regularly like to go out together so its important to find someone friendly and who would like to socialize. However, everyone has their own things going on and we respect everyone's personal time. We do enjoy going out as well so there could be some evenings with people getting home later.

The landlord has agreed for this short-term let, there would be no reference checks required but we will like to get to know anyone before they move in to ensure you are a good fit.
