Luxury Large Double Room with ensuite

I have a tastefully decorated large room, fully furnished and complete with ensuite. The room has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, desk and chair and a television.

The house is situated in the West Northamptonshire village of Moreton Pinkney, a small, picturesque area about ten miles north of Banbury.

The property is stylishly decorated and well-appointed throughout, the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would expect, and leads on to a seating area, which in turn leads on to the sitting room, with views and access to the garden.

I am looking for a professional person, whom will be able to provide satisfactory references. Ideally a person who enjoys the quieter country life and will respect the house.

The rental charged is to include all utility bills, council tax and broadband, but does not include the landline.
