Double room to rent with own bathroom.

I have a lovely double room to rent in my home. It’s a new build house, you would have your own bathroom with shower. I have 4 super friendly cats so you’d need to like cats and be used to them wanting attention from you. The house is really new, very clean, modern and in a quiet location. There’s the option of using the 3rd bedroom as an office space or reconfiguring the bedroom to suit you. You’d probably need a car or transport to get here. Locally there’s a new supermarket within walking distance.
