I’m looking for a housemate to move into this two bedroom refurbished maisonette located in the picturesque Pinner. A charming victorian house, spacious cosy, warm and furnished double room available from February 2023. With all the mod-cons such as fast broadband connection, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The room is suited to someone that would prefer a quiet and peaceful retreat. The house is spick and span.

Room:
A large double bedroom with high ceilings with a new mattress, wardrobe and bedside table facing the quiet courtyard. You will have access to the shared modern kitchen, clean bathroom, living room and garden.

Location:
A 12 minutes walk to Pinner Tube Station (Z5), or grab a 3 minutes bus ride, which stops right outside the house - Pinner station can take you to Oxford Circus within 30 minutes. 30 minutes drive to Heathrow Airport. M25, M1 are nearby as well.

You can find numerous restaurants, bars, and pubs offering a diverse choice of cuisines and social entertainment. Better Gym and David Lloyd Club are nearby. Lidl and Sainsbury’s are walking distance, and Tesco supermarket which is a 3 minute walk away.
