King Double Room in Brixton

Hi!

I am renting an amazing king double room located in Brixton (5 min walk to the Brixton Underground Station). Besides, The apartment has 1 luxury bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a big garden.

Unfortunately, I have to return to Spain and I am looking for someone to replace me in the tenancy agreement. You will be living with Tom (30), a lovely and sassy Tax Manager. He will be working from the office most of the time.

The bills (electricity, heating, gas, 1GB internet, and water) are 120-150 on top of the monthly rent.
