Lovely double bedroom in Streatham

Hello,

I have moved out of my room to live in another country and want to rent it out to somebody that would take care of it as I did. The flat is a lovely apartment recently refurbished fully equipped and consisting of entrance hall, kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive garden (shared with another flat / lovely neighbors). The double bed room comes fully furnished with double bed, side tables/dressers, double door wardrobe, desk and has a private bathroom clad in Statuario marble. The apartment belongs to me and my flatmate who lives in the property and is a very considerate person and quite reserved and works out of his room a few days per week.

We are looking for a single professional (preferably male) that is considerate of the place and others. We are looking to start with a short (3months) letting agreement with possibilities of extending it once both parties agree on it.

This place is ideal for somebody that likes the area and has work links to Streatham, West Norwood, Brixton, Tooting, Balham.
