Looking for a room short/mid term in East/Hackney/Islington

Hi! I am looking for a room. I'm a gay guy (30 years old), very open minded. I am self-employed as a reiki therapist and drag queen. I work from home sometimes but prefer to work in cafés and in coworking spaces. I may also rent out a work studio in the area to work from.

I'm looking for somewhere either as a sublet or a short/mid term rental. Potentially open to a long term rental but in my experience I prefer to start with short/mid term to make sure we are a good match as flatmates before committing to a 12 month contract.

I have asthma and cat allergies so no cats please. I prefer non-carpeted places.

Somewhere in East would be great, Hackney for example, or Islington.
