Room or single flat wanted

Hi all!

I've just been told the property I've rented for the last 19 years is going to be put up for sale and am looking for a double room or 1 person apartment/flat in East London (ideally with a secured garden and somewhere that will allow my 2 gorgeous and super friendly 5 year old cats (twin sisters!) as I really don't want to have to give them up if I can help it!).

I'm a single, gay professional who works in Event Management in the City.  I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other people's property and space.  Naturally quiet at first with new people and then an absolute nightmare once I'm comfortable with you (joke, joke)...

I love cooking, chilling to TV, films, listening to a lot of pop music, going to gigs, travelling and the occasional heavy night out or in.  The heavy nights are few these days as i work long hours (quite often in evenings) so often found chilling in my own space in my downtime or equally enjoy hanging out with my housemate (s) as well as having the occasional friend or two over for dinner, games etc.

I'm looking to move from the start of November although this is flexible to be a bit earlier or later with a budget of around £1000 max.  Reference available.
