Brand new home, with 1-2 others...

Hi: Clifton here.

I'm looking for a brand new place too call home, long term with a contract (so I know where I stand & all).
My aim & plan is too move, asap now
(for a brand new fresh start & all).
My budget is ideally around £1000, but I'm happy to pay a little extra, for the right home😃👍🏾 or less!! Ideally living with 1 - 3 others maxs (open minded people / person).

A little bit about myself: I'm a full time Actor & SA (performer), this is me full time 😃🎬! I'm a bi male, thoughtful of others, I am a none smoker. I'm 38 this November 2022!
I ideally need a big size bedroom. I'm happy to share a bathroom! A ensuite / own washroom would be awesome for me (if these 1 going).
With my lined of work, I once in a blue moon, I need too get up super early too get myself ready for work & the odd long travel back home ! I am a none driver, so nearby transport is a most for myself. Within 20- 30mins walk, under is even more great lol (buses, night bus, train, tube /both)....
I am a meat eatter 👍🏾! I love & enjoy others company, as well as my own time now & again. I'm in too training @ the gym, I'm hoping these a nearby gym within walking distance lol. I would like an unfurnished room, as I've got my own furniture (if possible), but all good if the room is part furnished! So I can add too the room & make it even more homely.
Drug free home (medication/s is good if needed & alcohol👍🏾)!

I do enjoy hangout, going out with friends, (great company, making new friends), food shopping, watching a show, live music, cooking (now & again), bowling, cinema, playing games ect... A clean and tidy home (team work)...
I do love & enjoy different types of TV shows, movies (thrillers, horrors, Disney, Marvel, live-actions, comedy, the odd documentaries, game shows) ect...
