Queer friendly urgent house share needed from Oct/Nov.

I am a sociable 35-year-old, working full time in education/publishing seeking a spacious double room in friendly flat share in a great area.

I am open to properties in North, East, West and some parts of South London as long as there is good access to a tube station. My ideal budget is between £600 and £700 (inclusive of all bills) but I may be willing to stretch my budget a bit more for an exceptional place.

I identify as gay/queer.

My main requirements are:
- double room
- good storage in bedroom with room for a desk as I will need to work from home most days
- close proximity to a tube station(s)
- close proximity to a gym or fitness centre would be ideal
- communal space
- inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly

My personal interests include foreign language cinema, live music, the BFI, film festivals, electronic/alternative music, art galleries and fitness.
