Moving to the Brighton Area!

Hey everyone!

I'm looking at moving to the Brighton area in late October (aiming for the weekend of the 22nd/23rd).

I'm Autistic, Neurodivergent, Bi, Non-binary (AMAB), very clean and tidy.

My budget is £600-900 (including bills).

Looking for potential housemates who are LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly (allies) to buddy up.

Also if you are looking for a new housemate and as above.

If you are also willing to live with someone who is Autistic and Neurodivergent, that's awesome!

More on what I'm looking for:

Full-time lets (i. e. seven days a week).

One bedroom (don't mind single or double).

Furnished (preferred).

Age range don't mind.

Not living with students and just professionals.

Long-term tenancy (at least 12 months).

Don't mind if their not veggie or vegan.

Mixed household would be great but don't mind if not (being Non-binary I'm not fussed and I get a long with everyone regardless).

Don't mind size of household.

Ensuite would be nice but used to sharing with family.

Non-smoking preferred.

Finally, don't mind if they work from home, working in an office or do hybrid working.

Don't mind a live-in landlord.

I think that's all, but excited to be more independent!
