Comedy writer and performer looking for long-term room <3

Hey homos,

I'm 27, I write and perform comedy, I play trumpet and do backing vocals in a band, and I do part-time tutoring to make ends meet.

I'm looking for a home with people I can get along and communicate well with. Keeping communal and personal spaces clean is important to me, so it'd be great to live with others who also value that. When I'm not working or rehearsing, I spend my time with friends or watching films and tv, reading, relaxing, going to gigs, cooking, and eating lol.

My budget is £680 per month including bills and I'm open to most areas of London. I may be starting an MA late September at Queen Mary University, so somewhere east close by would be amazing.
