URGENT - Looking for room/flat/flatmates to move in from the 1st of September

Hi everyone!

I'm Filipe, 35, professional, working full-time Monday to Friday and desperately looking for a double room or flatmate. Budget around £750 (if less, better). It could be an available room in an existent flats are or someone that wants to join me and find a new place. I have a good credit score, can prove income and give references.

I've been a professional pastry chef for almost 17 years and I live in London since 2017. Work in King’s Cross, so ideally the place should be relatively near or easy to travel to that area (zone 1-2).

I'm a friendly, open-minded and easy-going guy but also have my introspective moments.
I can't stand injustice and don't tolerate any type of prejudice, after all, we are all humans, with particular characteristics and experiences, so I don't care if you are white, black, yellow, an avatar, or a giraffe, as long as you are a good, honest and respectful person.

I usually go out on the weekends to a pub, a night out, a walk in the park, street markets, new places... but I also love to stay at home just chilling, watching something or doing nothing lol. I respect everyone’s space and don't mind socializing as well. Sadly I smoke (outside) so it would be nice to have a balcony or any proper area. 4:20 friendly as well. But trying to quit.

My adhd probably cares for my creative abilities and I enjoy some diy stuff, in quarantine for example, I started painting and even made some money lol. I LOVE dogs (maybe even more than people haha) and became a bit ‘crazy-plant-guy,’ quarantine (again) feeding my head with distinct ideas.

Looking to move in with 1 or 2 people on the 30th of August (yes, late). Only LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally, someone that wouldn’t mind me using the kitchen once in a while for eventual work. The great thing is that you’ll be able to try my desserts (or savoury dishes) but that’s optional haha
