i am a friendly, clean professional man. Looking for a clean apartment to share or a studio.

My ideal flatmate will be trustworthy, respectful, clean and friendly. A good communicator and not a stressful person.

I travel a fair bit each month with work so I am often away, but wish to come home to a peaceful environment and not a party house. I am looking for a place to buy - this could be a few months or longer than 6 months. Id like flexibility on the terms of rental. Happy to commit to fair notice.

I am originally from Scotland and I speak with a Scottish accent, I enjoy fitness, healthy eating and the gym. I used to be a professional musician and I enjoy bodybuilding. I am quite a quiet person but equally sociable and friendly. I like to have independence and to come and go as I please and enjoy my personal space. I like to be clean and organised.
