53yo Mature Black Male looking for a Double Room or Buddying up to Rent.

Hello y'all,
My name is UO. I am a mature, professional, Black British/African guy (53yo) and I am also looking for a double room to rent. Any area in and around London is fine as mostly from home (4 days/week) and I drive.

I will also be interested in a buddying-up arrangement with someone to jointly rent a two-bedroom property that we could share.

I consider myself as a friendly, peaceful,  down to earth guy who likes and enjoys a peaceful environment. I consider myself to be spiritual (not religious!)  in thinking  (I am an Omnist, with empathy towards self and others.)

Ideally, I would prefer no more than one housemate. (that is, two in a household) but this is not set on stone!

I am available to move from the end of June and my budget is £500 - £600 pcm with bills included.
I would like to share with gay or bi male, queers, non-binary, non-judgemental and inclusive thinking person, ideally from age 30 years old and above.
