Professional for ensuite room in very clean home

I am a 31 year old professional In sales who just moved here from Sydney, Australia in April. (I have a job and a visa with the right to live and work in the UK). Non smoker, no pets, no kids.

I am looking for a double-size room with either an ensuite or a private bathroom dedicated to the room… apartment must be clean, tidy and ideally modern (but older is fine).

As do my friends and family, I consider myself very responsible, clean, tidy and very house-proud. I leave the house when it’s time to socialise, but I also don’t mind an occasional glass of wine at home. I’m not someone who just sits at home on their days off, I’m quite an out and about person generally, I’m independent and very respectful of others.

My work schedule has me working through the week with the odd weekday off, and I work every other Saturday.

I can provide previous rental ledgers to show I have paid rent consistently and on time In places I have held a lease in my name, as well as references if needed.
