22 y/o trans woman looking for flat in East London

Hi! I'm Phoebe (she/her), I'm a 22-year-old trans woman who's a working professional looking for a flatmate or flatmates in East London. I'm currently based in Leytonstone and I work as a teacher in E1, so anywhere with an under 40-minute commute to Whitechapel/Aldgate East works brilliantly, preferably located near a Central or District line station.

I am an avid musician and would need space for 5 guitars I own, and I also have 3 guinea pigs who do have a decently sized cage which would probably not be able to fit in a bedroom. However, you'd get to cuddle and be loved by 3 little piggies! I'll be starting my permanent teaching job in September 2022, and will be looking to move out at the end of July/start of August 2022, looking for a longer-term flatmate or flatmates.
