Looking for a trans-friendly place in East

I’m Ro (He/They) I’m a young creative professional (24) and I’ve just got a new job on brick lane in the arts as a video editor - so I’m looking for a room in walking/cycling distance of my work in East.

I’m an artist and Filmmaker and am very open minded, chilled and friendly, happy to socialise in the flat but also content to spend time alone and respect everyones space.  I’m a bi trans guy, so very comfortable in a queer house, I have some video game consoles I would be happy to set up in the communal area. I go to a lot of exhibitions, museums and events in my free time and love to explore the city.

Budget is around 750 max, although can go higher if bills are included, as I will be saving money on travel being close to my work. Looking for other creative people with common interests - preferably also trans but ofc no worries if not aha.
