Looking for a room in SW London

Hey it's Mustafa,

I currently live in West London and looking to move into SW London, preferably in or around Clapham. I'm looking for a double room with a budget of around £800. Will be looking to move in February/March but can be flexible for the right place.

I like to describe myself as very easy going and adaptable, I enjoy being around people but also respect and value privacy and personal space. I do like a good party and value my weekends a lot so I'm mostly out and about on Friday and Saturday nights.

I work in Business Development for an electric car leasing company. Outside of work from home orders I normally go into the office 2 or 3 times a week and work the remaining days from home. However this is flexible and some weeks I WFH more. I prefer to work in my room as to not be a disturbance so would prefer a space that can accommodate a desk.

I have two offices, one on Oxford street and the other in Weybridge (Surrey) that I'll need to drive to so a parking space is vital. It's an electric car so anywhere with a charging point would be a big bonus but not an absolute necessity.

I'd love to live in a 2 or 3 bedroom property with housemates who appreciate a social environment just as much as respecting each others space and quiet time. I like to keep tidy and clean, especially in shared spaces. You may not see me much during the week as I spend my time between work/gym/seeing friends but always happy to get involved and have a few drinks or get some takeaway in front of the TV!
