£700 bills incl - Looking for a new home!

Hello!

My name is Phoebe and I'm looking for a place in February to move into. Looking for something long-term, and easy transport to my work (which is in SoHo).

I'm introverted, but do love to hangout, just need someone to make the first step. I love reading, video games, films and animals. I work in Post Production, so TV is a thing I have to deal with constantly.

I would love it if bills would be included in the £650 budget, could go up higher if the room was big enough & house was nice enough.

I wouldn't mind living in a place that already had some furry friends, I'd be willing to help out, go on walks too.

Just looking for a nice place, which isn't cramped and overpriced! I'm very tidy and clean!
