Looking for a room in an existing flat or to buddy up with someone and find a place.

Although pretty busy between work at a tech startup, gym, keeping up with friends, and trying out new hobbies, I'd love a friendly, sociable, laid back flatmate.

I'm quite house-proud. A scented candle abuser with an ever expanding collection of vases books, and artwork. That being said, I'm clean and tidy, respectful, and have a good track record with previous housemates.
