Gay cis male searching North West London

Thank you for taking time to read my profile. NOTE: I am NOT looking at (HMO Accommodation) I am looking to move down to North/North West London, starting new work end of January, beginning of February. I would like to share in a quiet household, preferably no parties. I am clean and respectfull, sane, sorted, solvent & secure, oh and tripple vaccinated.
Ideally looking for a place on the Metropolitan, Piccadilly or Central tube lines (West sections) but will consider other non tube areas as listed. I'm NOT looking at South or East of London. I have a car so will need parking, either off road or on street.
As stated I am NOT looking at sharing in (HMO) Houses of Multiple Occupancy and prefer max of 2 others to share with.
Looking to share: kitchen, bathroom & lounge areas, I'm sociable but also need and understand privacy.
I have house shared before and can supply references.
Regarding employment I am currently semi Retired, but am completely solvent, and will be looking for new work near the area I move to. I can offer a few months rent in advance and a deposit to secure the right place.
