Flatshare with time alone

Hello ! I am Jean-François, a visual artist originally from France, although I have been living abroad a lot. I am currently doing my masters at Goldsmiths, MFA Fine Art. I am looking for a quiet place to stay in London. I socialise a lot for my work and my studies (openings, shared studio space, collaborative exhibitions…) so when I am home I am usually looking to stay by myself and rest rather than socialise much. I am in my studio space at Goldsmiths most of the day, sometimes Until very late, and I will be away quite a bit to prepare exhibitions in France, so my flatmate will be able to enjoy the flat for themselves on a regular basis . Ideally my flatmate would have a similar rhythm, working outside of the flat. I am independent , polite, respectful of people’s space and of communal areas, reasonably tidy and clean, rather quiet. I am looking for similar. A flatshare where it is ok to bring a guy home from time to time would be ideal 😉
