40 Year old Northerner.

Looking for a double room ir decent sized Studio for me and My dog Vander.
A property with a garden or a near by park would be ideal.
I am partnered so would like a housemate(s) that wouldn’t mind my partner occasionally staying over!I work full time from home so a quiet place during the day is essential, (although I will be singing out loud a lot).
I am quite sociable but know how to respect peoples boundaries, although the occasional glass of wine and meal together would be nice.

I am a huge horror fan so would be great to have a housemate who shares that interest but of course not essential.
