Professional gay male seeks for a double room

Hi y’all,
I’m Alex and I am a professional gay male aged 35yo looking for a double room to rent preferably around south west london (currently living in putney) but ready to consider any area in london) in a nice, sociable, tidy, friendly environment to call home.

I consider myself as a friendly, peaceful down to earth guy who likes and enjoys a very peaceful environment after work.

Preferably with less housemates than more, ideally no more than two others.

Preferred areas: south west London, but ready to consider any well located, connected and good transport links (tube) area, but within zones 1-3.

I am available to move from the end of September and my budget is £550pcm with bills included, but willing to go up to £600pcm for the right/nice room/place.

I would like to share with gay males, queers, non-binary people ideally between 20 and 65 years old.

About me: I’m actually working in luxury, still have a permanent job, and still getting paid 100% of my salary. I consider long terms.

What I want/need:
- ideally sharing with no more than 2 others people;
- living room, decent kitchen, common areas accessible to everyone in the house
- double bed

my current contract ends in September so I would be available to arrange some viewing.
