Professional seeking a room for July

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a new room as my flatmate is moving in with his partner and my landlord is planning noisy renovations to his flat upstairs. If you’re looking for a room and can stand a noisy flat for a few months, please let me know.

I WFH full-time but was based in Canary wharf before Covid. I am currently in Clapham and would prefer to stay in the area, but I am definitely open to other areas for the right flat and right flatmates. A LGBT household would be amazing, but not essential.

My tenancy ends at the end of July so I am looking for something around that time.

I am easy-going, quiet, and clean and enjoy like-minded people. I enjoy working out, fitness, cooking, watching documentaries, and seeing friends. I have invested in some dumbbells over lockdown and I am definitely happy to share! I am definitely keen to join a more social flat where we can spend time together.

A double bedroom with enough room for a WFH desk would be ideal. Washing machine and dishwasher in the flat would also be ideal.
