Looking for home share

I would like to buddy up with a gay person for a 2 bedroom apartment with our separate rooms and a living room space.

My personal budget is 1000 so I do believe for 2000 in total we could find a good apartment that makes both of us comfortable.

I am easy going and apart from our basic house rules that we decide collectively, we are both free to do what we wish to within our own spaces.

I hope to find someone to share a home with soon.
