Seeking Room to Rent in LGBTQ+ Friendly Area

Hello there! I'm a creative and outgoing gay male looking to rent a double room in a welcoming LGBTQ+ household. I'm passionate about art, music, and other forms of creative expression, and I would love to live with roommates who share my interests but I always aim to have an open mind.

Ideally, I'm looking for a place with other LGBTQ+ individuals who are also interested in the arts or other creative pursuits. A friendly and welcoming environment is important to me, and I value the opportunity to build strong connections with my roommates.

As far as practicalities go, I'm hoping to find a room that is reasonably priced and includes bills, if possible. My budget is £800 per month, although some of that will be covered by benefits. I'm a responsible and tidy individual, and I promise to be a respectful and considerate roommate.
