Arrangement.

Hey all,

honestly just looking for some independence. Looking to come to some sort of an arrangement with regards to rent. Very tidy and clean. Avid gym goer, very quiet and respectful. Hopefully I provide abit of eye candy around the house also aha. Do let me know if such an arrangement would be possible.
