Hi, I’m James,

I’m from North Wales but just moved up from London to Manchester. I start my new job on the 21st though I may have left it a little late to find my flat.

Very clean and tidy and won’t have a lot of things until I find my own place.

I’m looking for someone who is open to me coming home on a later schedule. I’m by no means a loud person however and respect the fact you’d be doing me a favour. I can also get us both discounts at VIA and The Brewers should you frequent those venues :)
