Spanish/Peruvian 29 barber student

I am 29 years old student of barbering studying around liverpool street, living in Croydon at the moment. I am looking for a room, or a studio around west London, or close areas. I am a gay guy who is looking to transition in the near future to be a female. I was born in Peru, I am also Spanish, living in London for around 10 years. My parents live in Brixton and have a restaurant in south kensington, it would be nice to be close to be able to help them sometime.
